This year’s programming bears the title The Thin Body, referring to Silvia Fanti’s 2001 book of the same name, which analyzed contemporary European dance and its new expressive forms.
The 2014 programming of the Museion media facade features specially conceived or adapted video works by Yuri Ancarani, Sissa Micheli, of the Invernomuto collective and the multimedia project of Luca Trevisani and mk, who will involve both the media façade and the other exhibition spaces of Museion in their performances. Museum. Screenings take place from 10pm – 12am.

Yuri Ancarani: Made in Italy
Yuri Ancarani (Ravenna, 1972) opens the new cycle with his video Made in Italy, made in 2009 on the Romagna Riviera and now adapted for projection on the façade of Museion. On June 5th at 9.00 pm meeting with the artist, who will inaugurate the screening.

Luca Trevisani / mk: Friday>Robinson
For three Thursdays in July the company presents three dance performances in different scenarios inside and outside Museion, in dialogue with Luca Trevisani’s video, projected on the medial façade.

Sissa Micheli: Art Theft Reversed
Sissa Micheli (Brunico, 1975) presents the video Art Theft Reversed expressly created for the façade of Museion, in which the artist is seen “sneaking” inside Museion to leave something there, in a sort of reverse theft. On August 7th at 9.00 pm the artist will be present for the inauguration.

Wintermute: Negus
Simone Bertuzzi and Simone Trabucchi – aka Invernomuto – with the Negus project transform the “thin body” of the Museion facade into an intermediary between history and legend. On September 4th at 9.00 pm artist talk with Invernomuto. In collaboration with Ar/ge Kunst of Bolzano.
