Darkness falls, the facade lights up and reveals, like a large window onto the courtyard, the life of Museion.

With an ironic and amused touch Raparelli narrates and illustrates an imaginary Museion imagined among the architectural grids of the facade. What happens every evening when the museum shuts down and the exhibitions close, what happens in the offices where you work - in short, what happens every day in a museum? Marco Raparelli starts from these reflections to tell and illustrate his imaginary and imagined Museion.

In the video, created for the media facade, funny figurines inspired by comics work on the computer or talk on the phone, while on another floor a visitor rests placidly on a sofa. And again: an exhibition presents famous works, such as Andy Wharol’s Brillo Box, juxtaposed with works by imaginary artists. Through an ironic and immediate language, Raparelli outlines so many micro stories, which, projected on the facade, appear like a large poster, while the lines of the drawings enhance the transparency of Museion’s architecture and its ability to bring out and show its contents .

Marco Raparelli was born in Rome in 1975, where he lives and works.
