“A Kraftwerk, a power plant with a high rate of creative energy” - this is how Museion defined Hans-Ulrich Obrist who spoke today to present together with Simon Castets “89plus”, the platform which brings together the most innovative projects of those born after 1989 and which stops in Bolzano as part of the Innovation Festival, promoted by the Provincial Innovation Department.
Obrist, critic, curator, co-director of the Serpentine Gallery in London, one of the most authoritative personalities in the world of contemporary art, greatly appreciated the “Little Movements II” exhibition and then wanted to meet the Swedish artist Klara Lidén, to whom he linked by an intense relationship of esteem and friendship – in 2010 the Serpentine Gallery dedicated an important monograph to her.
Klara Lidén has been at Museion for several days to prepare her personal exhibition, which she will inaugurate next Friday 13 September. The artist is literally “at work” in the workshops of the atelier house, where she is creating new works.
