I EXPERIENCE ART! MUSEUMS AND ARTISTS IN SCHOOLS

Explore, experience the exhibitions and spaces of the museum and then talk about the experience together with an artist. This is what the students of the Johannes Steinhäuser Provincial Professional School for Stonemasons and Sculptors of Lasa did at Museion, who together with the artist Silvia Hell created a stop motion animation, entitled “Connections and metamorphosis”.

In the animation, the works of the photography exhibition currently underway, but also works from recently concluded exhibitions, such as that of the French artist Lili Reynaud-Dewar and the Museion Prize, come to life again, reworked by the subjective gaze of the students.

“Connections and metamorphoses” thus narrates the works of art in a succession of subjective points of view, brought together in a collective gaze.

For Museion, the project was followed by Ivo Corrà (Public services/educational projects), who worked with the teachers of the “Johannes Steinhäuser” professional school to create the itinerary among the Museion works and therefore to the animation.
