Yesterday (5 November) Letizia Ragaglia presented the exhibition programme, which she curated. In the new year Museion will present five new exhibitions - among the highlights the presentation, for the first time in Italy, of the collection of Erling Kagge, the famous Norwegian explorer. With solo shows by Mercedes Azpilicueta, Karin Sander and Sonia Leimer, the program highlights three female positions in line with the research undertaken by Museion in recent years. The Piccolo Museion-Cubo Garutti hosts, among others, a project by the artist Cristian Chironi.
Marion Piffer Damiani, President of the Museion Foundation, spoke of a year full of energy, which moves, on the one hand, on the thread of continuity, with the themes developed in Letizia Ragaglia’s ambitious exhibition programme. On the other hand, appointments will take place as early as autumn 2020 in view of the change in direction of Museion with Bart van der Heide.
