European ARTWORKS project! Ceremony for the 75th anniversary of the end of the Second World War

Celebrations for the 75th anniversary of the end of the Second World War will take place via virtual connection from five European cities - Erlauf, Vienna, Melk, Berlin and Bolzano. The event is part of the European project “ART WORKS!”European Culture of Resistance and Liberation.

During the virtual meeting, About resistance (in remote mode) will also be presented, the draft of the final artistic work on which the group of young people involved in the project worked. The work is part of a “multi-voiced” reflection on historical resistance, which must be pursued in its universal values, so that the values of democracy are no longer undermined. The technique used is that of screen editing.

The European ART WORKS project sees the participation, in addition to Museion, of the Stiftung wanseeFORUM, Berlin, the Verein HASENHERZ, Vienna, the Zeithistorisches Zentrum Melk Memorial and the Museum of Contemporary Art Zagreb.
